siRNA into RAW264.7 cells? - any ideas (Oct/30/2008 )

Anyone had good success putting siRNA into RAW cells - if so what reagent/ratio did they use?
I've tried several, none of them with overwhelming success.

I'm going to try adenoviruses with several fibers, but i don't have any data yet. did you try that?

No, I haven't - I do have a lentivirus with a shRNA but I wanted the siRNA just to use 2 different methods.

Try XtremeGENE from Roche. follow the manufacturer´s protocol. gave at least 50% efficiency in my hands.. no affiliation...
