Hey researchers,

I am interested in your favorite phylogenetic analysis software.

I am using MEGA and PHYLIP.

Do you know other or have experience with other software packages?

PAUP is one of the most used programmes, but you have to pay for it, and it hasn't been updated in years (at least the Mac version). Bayesian analyses are becoming quite popular. Check out MrBayes at http://mrbayes.csit.fsu.edu/
