I want to transfect HepG2 cell line with siRNA. What is the most effective concentration is?

what is the approperiate method for transfection?

I use 100nm total concentration of my siRNA when I transfect. This concentration is usually very effective.I have the siRNA's from Dharmacon and use their procedure and get >90% knockdowns
