Help on finding sequence - (Oct/21/2008 )
Can anyone tell me how to find the following three sequence?
1. promoter Ptac, Plac
2. genes S, R, and Rz, lysis genes of bacteriophage X
3. gene E, lysis gene of bacteriophage ΦX174
Thank you so much

I'd make a search in the Phage genomes on NCBI.
What worries me is that I am not working on viruses and I know where to find the infos, while you seem to be working on virus, while not being able to find these very accessible infos.

I am not working on virus. I am not even biologist. I need those information for a small part of my experiment which can help me understand the lysis.

are you even a bioscientist then ?
