Cell stats - looking for info (Oct/21/2008 )

Hello all,
once I have seen a "cheatsheet" table with some information concerning the cells, something like "one 10cm confluent plate contains 15e6 HeLa cells", or "1 million cells give xx mg of total protein", etc. But now I cannot find anything like that... Does anybody know some resources with similar info?
