please help! I have a great northern blot trouble - giant smear (Oct/21/2008 )

Hello, I have some problem with my northerns, I had used the probe that I am actually using without problems but suddnely, I have a giant smear in the botton of the gel, I think that is inespecific hibridation from my probe, and I cant unhibrided with hot SDS, like usually I do, maybe this is for tryzol or ethanol rest? how i could solve the problem?
