Drying polyacrylamide without cracking - (Oct/20/2008 )

the destain mentioned above works as a semi-fixative, so doing that before drying works nearly all the time for me.
If it's not for radiation work - have you tried just heatsealing it in plastic than scanning it etc...
Most plastic for heatsealing reduces the transfer to a phosphoscreen etc if it is for radiation though.
