lost of antibiotic resistance - do you know? (Oct/20/2008 )

I find that some transgenic plants would lost antibiotic resistance after T3 generation. Do you know the reasons?

siRNA silencing? I am not sure. But some Salk T-DNA lines also loose antibiotic reisistance after several generations.
