Immunohistochemistry Even Staining - How to get even staining in IHC (Oct/15/2008 )

Our lab has been working with tissues (mouse and human), and have had artifactual results due to uneven staining. Has anybody tried the Antibody Amplifier from ProHisto (www.prohisto.com)? There is a suggestion of rocking the tissues, submerged in antibody solution. Looking for feedback...
