Cell Morphology - (Oct/15/2008 )

Hi everyone,
This is my first post here in this forum.
I have just revived PT-67 retropack cells two days before but they are still round......
Very few cells are attached.....
I would like to know what is the morphology of the cell...
Are they round only or something else..???

I am using DMEM high glucose medium.....
Plz help....
