Does anyone know how to prepare ammonium molybdate solution? - (Oct/14/2008 )

I need a high concentration stock, say 0.2M to 1M. Does anyone know how to prepare it?

I remeber to dissolve molybdic acid (86%) and add about 1/5 vol of ammonium hydroxide; filter the precipitate and boil the filtrate
for 20 min; cool down and dilute to 1 L
