HUVEC RNA isolation for microarray - What is best for microarray? (Oct/14/2008 )

Hi all,

I'm going to isolate RNA from HUVEC cells co-cultured with a eukaryotic yeast. Which would be better? Trizol, Qiagen RNeasy or Ambion Ribopure?

Hi! i'm not an expert, but i would say that Kits are the best way to isolation. Trizol method is good but very extensive, and to waste a lot of time. i would rather Qiagen kits.
