staining for receptors in cell line - (Oct/13/2008 )
Hi,
Could somebody suggest which method should be appropriate to stain for receptors in a cell line? I understand immunohistochemical staining is for fixed tissues. But dont know if it can be modified to be used in cells.
Please help
Also, if you have a protocol it would be jackpot if you can post it!
Thanks

often more easily than for tissues; protocol depends on type of cell and antibodies; f.i., the datasheets of antibodies from Cell Signal Technology (Cell Signal Technol) contain a detailed immunocytochemistry protocol if the Ab is working for ICC...
