I am new in the research work.how can I kown the efficiency of transfection when I transfect plasmid or miRNA in the cells？

You can count your transfected cells if your protein has fluorescent tag on it. If no fluorescent tag with your protein, you can do immunostaining of your protein and count how many cells are fluorescence
