qRT-PCR primer design - (Oct/03/2008 )

Hi all,

I am trying to design primers of house keeping gene the mitochondrial ribosomal s9 (MRS9) protein for qRT-PCR, i ordered my probes for my experiment from applied biosystems and they have a FAM dye tagged to them. i need to design probes for my house keeping gene human MRS9 with texas red tagged to it. i need help on how to design primers for MRS9 and tag it with texas red (if there is any company that does that please give me its name). This helps in checking the expression of my house keeping gene along with my sample genes (as they are tagged to dye with different wavelengths).
