Are they baceria? - (Oct/03/2008 )
With a May Grunwald staining i sow these things near my cells... Sorry for the bad photoes, I refear to the little purple sticks....

Can you be more specific and put an arrow to where the pink sticks are ?

Those are definitely contaminated with bacteria.. Especially on the second picture where the one cell is getting filled with the little "sticks". they look like a bacillus type bacteria.
