Poly(I):Poly(C) - (Oct/02/2008 )

Hi,

Just a quick question - i was thinking of using poly(I):poly© to determine interferon response in different cell lines - however when i checked sigmas website there are a number of variations;
Polyinosinic–polycytidylic acid potassium salt
Polyinosinic–polycytidylic acid sodium salt (γ-irradiated or <1% free nucleotides basis)
Poly(cytidylic-inosinic) acid potassium salt etc
I am unsure of which one i should be using for treating cells in vitro and none of the papers ive read go into that much detail .... sorry if this is a silly question but no-one I know has used it before!

Thanks.

we got it long time ago from sigma. I do not remember the exact code. Just get anything that works for cell culture.
