You should consider to send the sample (preferably cell lysate in GITC-derivate) and perform RNA extraction in destination. Otherwise, you can use an specific reagent to stabilize RNA (Roche) and send your sample in dried ice.
But always keep in you mind that RNA is ephemeral like a cloud!
