Have problems in growing primary mouse monocytes - (Sep/18/2008 )

This is my first post. Could anyone tell me what the conditions of growing primary mouse monocytes from PBMC?

I have used RPMI1640 + 10% FCS, but they just dont grow....do anyone have good suggestion on the formula of the medium.
