Do you dissolve DAPI in water or methanol? - or PBS? (Sep/07/2008 )

Do I need to dissolve my DAPI in water? .........I've got 5mg powder from Sigma, but don't know to dissolve in what solution!!!

What does Sigma suggest? If they suggest water, try water.

We dissolve in water!
