miRNA poly A tailing - (Aug/27/2008 )

Hi everyone,

i would like to isolate RNA from cells and then do a poly a tailing and RT-PCR for miRNA amplification. I found a lot of kits on the internet but they are so expensive. I understand that you can add As to the miRNA with E coli poly a polymerase and then all the kits use "universal Oligo T primers" with ancor sequences foir cDNA synthesis. Does anyone know the sequence of the linker? It is used for the RT-PCR by using one primer against the linker and one miRNA specific primer.
