Introducation - (Aug/25/2008 )

I have to write one page introducation. Can some one tell me some tips what strategy should i adopt to have best out come.
I have already written but still i have to know your experience cuz i want to improve myself.

U should explain the background theoretical knowledge and some relevant literature in introduction and argue saying that your hypothesis is correct and there is nothing better than that supported well with citations.

as bb said: overview of present knowlege with emphasis on your specific question.
