HELP: run Weeder on Unix but no response - (Aug/21/2008 )

hi ALL

I installed weeder on Unix, all went well, but when I tried to execute it by "./weederlauncher.out testing.fasta MM extra M T15",

it just passed to the next line directly, no execution, I didn't see any output files in the folder either

anyone know why? How to run weeder on Unix?

I don't know what weeder is, but it seems doubtful to me that the executable is called "weederlauncher.out", which is what your command line above indicates...
