Dear mates,
I have a question about QPCR.
Do you think its ok to use primers that amplify 700bp amplicon to measure the expression levels of an mRNA, and by the way i have oligo dT primers for cDNA synthesis.

700 bp would be a little too big for what is usually recommended. Try reducing your amplicon to 100-200 bp.

Oligodt are ok for your RT.
