visit your dentist at least once a year.
try not to eat too spicy.
wash your teeth 2-3 times a day.
floss your teeth.
use mouthwash.

that should be good smile.gif

There are tongue brushes available. laugh.gif
Anyway, a dentist should really look for problems He can also find out where the problem is (teethridge, eg gingival pockets, tongue, dead tooth, or deeper).
I always use sugar-free chewing gum for in-between (e.g. after eating my cookies)

Aside from what our aspiring dentists tj and dr H recommended....you can try munching on fennel or anise seeds...they're really good- the taste and after taste...and natural too...

if you use chewing gum make sure your amalgams are not loose, otherwise you might have an accident....and a big hole in your molars laugh.gif

something else just came to my mind. intestinal parasites can give you bad breath too, try some albendazole.

well, what if she's allergic to anise or to mint? (i'm allergic to mint!) besides, those solutions would only be superficial and temporal because the real cause of the problem would still be there! btw, i have to go to the dentist! thanks for the reminder smile.gif

70% Ethanol saturated with salt!

I have no idea if this works tongue.gif . But is sounds like it should.
