Immunohistochemistry in human skin tissue - (Aug/01/2008 )
Hi,
I am trying do IHC on human skin tissue. However, my negative control, rabbit polyclonal anti-human IgG has displayed very intense staining (even stronger than the antibody that is for my protein of interest). I have tried to do a range of dilution and I found that both negative control and my antibody give out similar trend in staining. Can someone suggest me an alternative negative control? I am stuck here and desparate need some professional advice. Thank you..

Guys, has anyone done IHC on skin tissue before?? I just need to know if IgG control tend to give stronger staining in this tissue type. Thank you.
