measuring expression of TNF-a in macrophages - (Jul/30/2008 )
If I stimulated some macrophages with LPS and wanted to measure TNF-a expression- what are the different approaches (in addition to real-time PCR) could I use? ie. at DNA, RNA and protein level.

You should do ELISA, macrophages make tones of TNFa and is quite easy to measure. I used to use R&D kit, but sure there are also other posibilities.
