Hi all:
Iam trying to study the promoter region of the nr3c1 gene. When searching for the nr3c1 gene for mouse in ensembl two sequences were found
http://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/search...941463984349998

both are different enough so that I am quite confused as to which one to use? Does anyone have any suggestions?
