GFP intercellular Localisation ; Helpneeded - (Jul/20/2008 )

To analysis the intracellular localisation of my protein i taged with GFP , please suggest what is the best time or day to analysis the cells after transfection. Few suggested me to do on 2nd day,some on 3rd day..so please suggest me. which day will be the best to do so and why....

What you need to do is do a time course and choose a point that has maximal expression based on the expression over time graph.
