ELISA result interpretation - (Jul/17/2008 )

Can anyone please help me about the interprtation of ELISA reults? Is there any free software to analyse the results?. I generally use Excel to plot the graph.

im not sure what sort of interpretation you are writing about.
the logit plot?
it CAN be done with excel.

excel should be fine. I use table curve and there are other software packages out there. You may find a free evaluation or trial eval on the net.
