I wish I'd read that when doing my PhD!

That's exactly how it is - science had been so easy, I'd never done a scrap of work in school or uni and I just found it easy because I was good at exams. I felt so stupid when I did my PhD - a new feeling for me and very very depressing. It also didn't help that my supervisor and collegues made me feel even stupider - it turned out it was because they didn't know either!
