DNA extraction whithoutfenol/chloroform from bacteria - (Jun/05/2001 )

Hi, i'm Jelle Conradie and I study biotechnology at the N.H.L (Northern Highschool L eeuwarden).I have to do a project about isolation of genomic/plasmid/ribosomal DNA from bacteria.I have to study DNA-isolation methods whitout the use of fenol and chloroform. It has to be a clean and possible method for Highschools.If somebody has a protocol or some information about this subject, please mail me!Thanks!
