Can we reuse the primary antibody in immunohistochemistry? - (Jun/27/2008 )

I know that we can reuse primary antibody in western blot, but I'm wondering if it's the case in immunohistochemistry as well or not? because this technique needs a lot of primary depending on how many slides we have to work with ... If we can, for how long?

I think you can reuse for immunohistochemistry until you can see the weak signals (meaning it is time to add more primary antibody!)
