How to purify biotin labled DNA from mix - (Jun/26/2008 )

Hi everybody, Now I have PCR product mix from one primer labled with biotin, one primer labled nothing. So how can I purify biotin labled DNA from mix? Thanks a lot!

Thanks for your explain. But I found a direction in the instruction "Exclusion limit: <72 base pairs" , the DNA I want to exclude is 1000bp, Can I use it ?
