Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test (n=5.) - help in interpreting the Critical Values of ±W for Small Samples table (Jun/26/2008 )

Hello all,
has anybody worked with Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test? i am in need for significance value through this test. there is an online version of this test, but since my W=5 & ns/r=5, i have to refer table to find out my p value. but i am clueless in interpreting this table.

You could use either SAS or SPSS for test. These two software will directly give you a p value.
