E-BOX search - (Jun/24/2008 )

Hello, I want to analyse E-BOX ( CANNTG) motif in my sequence. Could you please tell me any tool to analyse it.

with the command "compseq" of the emboss suite you can look for regular expressions, in this case your motif CANNTG. you can find this app online

Use this macro ( http://www.protocol-online.org/forums/inde...?showtopic=9763 ) in your WORD program, you will be able to identity E-boxes in your sequence. It allows you to use "n" to match any nucleotide.
