Problem in growing DG44 CHO cells - (Jun/22/2008 )
Hi there
I have obtained Invitrogen's DG44 cells and Media Kit. I am unable to grow the cells consistently since after ~2 days it all gets precipitated and cells die.The culture becomes milky. This surely is not due to contamination. Does anyone have any idea why this should happen? I am also using anticlumping agent from Invitrogen.

I hope you are using Orbital Shaker to culture these cells.
