Fishman units of beta-glucuronidase & Roy units of arylsulfatase - (Jun/12/2008 )
I am trying to research a couple of things about these two things. They are a must in the project we are doing in our lab. So I am trying to learn everything I can.
For example, how do you measure these units? where can you buy beta-glucuronidase and arylsulfatase? and how to use them in experiments.
I have tried a few articles, but none of them talks about them in details. Please give me some inputs. Thanks.
