I am looking for Perl script for converting codominant data (SSR data) into binary code (1/0).

it seems to me you don't need a script to convert your data into binary code. you could simply use the "find and replace" command in any text editor to substitute the characters you're interested to change to 1 or 0. if that's not enough then we'll try something here.

Thank you Sir, but the things need not technically find and replace, because you need convert a several alleles in each locus and this make work irksome…
