whole IgG (Heavy + Light chains); HRP-conjugate may be coupled at both chain types

-The Bearer-

The ab is "not conjugated at the H & L chains" it The goat antibody is directed against the heavy and light chains of the rabbit IgG (ie it is specific for G, K and also L). All coupling takes place at the Fc region (heavy chain only).

There are also conjugates Fc specific, heavy chain specific.

light chain specific would bind any classes that have either K or L.
