Hi, how long after microinjection of dsRNA does it take until the RNAi effect happens? I mean, what is the shortest time, after which I can be sure, that the effect is due to RNAi and not microinjection. Thanks

It varies. In cell culture, I generally find it 48-72 hours for a maximum effect. In your case, and with your target RNA it may be different.
