How to find miRNAs for one designated protein? - miRNA (Jun/01/2008 )

I want to know which kind of miRNAs regulate my protein or my protein may regulate some miRNAs.
Are there any websites availalbe to do this?

There are many tools that predict miRNA targets on 3UTR of protein coding genes. You can find a list of them here http://www.rnaiweb.com/RNAi/MicroRNA/Micro...Scan/index.html

As for the question whether your protein regulates some miRNAs, it is more difficult to answer because little is known how transcription of miRNAs is regulated.
