can anyone help me ??
Does anyone have experience of electroporating THP-1 cells and may be able to provide me with a protocol ?

Epoch Biolabs' GenCarrier-1 cell transfection reagent works in my hand on THP-1, U937 monocytes and Jurkat lymphocyte....
Some people also use DEAE/dextran method on THP-1 but with lower efficiency. Electroporation is not necessary for THP-1.

I've tried three times to electroporate THP-1s - they seem v sensitive to it and I haven't had any success.

I'm about to try the Amaxa system so I'll let you know how that works out.
