3-D tissue model for endothelial cell culture - Looking for any in vitro 3-D models to grow endothelial cells to measu (May/29/2008 )

Hi,
I would appreciate any help from members of this forum. I am planning to do some experiments to measure the effect of shear stress (as seen in hypertension) on endothelial function. Has anybody used or know about, any in vitro 3-D models to grow endothelial cells on that can be subjected to shear stress?
