Culturing THP-1 cells, they grew too slow...Need help... - (May/27/2008 )

For me, I make sure I filtered FCS(H.I) and the RPMI media. FCS w/o heat-inactivated contains complement proteins which will cause differentiate of THP-1. Those adhering cells could be macrophage. DMSO also cause differentiate of THP-1.
