Anterograde Tracing using BDA tracer: Problems - (May/21/2008 )

Got a little problem here.

1. Do anybody has experience using BDA as tracer on tract tracing studies? Im using Biotinylated Dextrin Amine (10,000 MW) as a tracer for tracking Corticospinal tract (Anterograde labelling) for spinal cord but it wouldn't work well. I dont know why. i have fully follow the protocol with slightly modified here and there. Many times.Please!

2. How do you counts for positive cells, do we need spesific scale for counting?If no, what kind of methods you used for positive cells counts?
