Genomic DNA from S2 cells - is there an easy protocol? (May/20/2008 )
Hello everybody,
I was wondering whether anybody has prepared HMW DNA from cultured Drosophila cells (S2, Kc)
since I'd need some for PCRs.
The protocols I've found so far use embryos...
Would anybody have a reference?
