Culture of Epithelial cells from Breast Milk? - (May/20/2008 )

Hello Everyone?
Has anyone established a primary epithelial culture from breast milk? We need to establish normal epithelial cell culture from breast milk, can anyone suggest any protocol or procedure or any reference for the same?

you may start to enrich cells by centrifigation, wash with PBS, re-pellet, and seed; I cannot recommend a buffer, perhaps you need supplements like insulin or transferrin; ; the cells may not devide;
