How can we isolate single cell from digested tissue? I mean, can the 40 micro meter cell strainer separate the single cells form digested tissue?

Yep it does the trick for mouse fetal livers. If it does not in your case, you can use 80 u cell strainer.
I mean, you just have to check under the microscope. Come on.
