DSP Crosslinking Query ? - (May/06/2008 )

I plan to use DSP cross linker from pierce for one of my experiment. The idea is to cross link cells under 2 conditions - untreated and stimulated. Then to make cellular lysate and pull down any protein complexes that may have formed near my protein of interest after the stimulation. In a way, its close to co-IP, its just making protein protein interactions more robust.

Has anyone ever used this reagent so as to recommend a good working condition and incubation ? From literature, it goes something like 200-500 ug/ml for 30 min at RT. But if someone has used it before and it worked, it would be a real hands-on experience.
